Got some extra canned goods, or homemade treats from your garden harvest that you want to share? Or just need a good excuse to bake something?
You won’t want to miss our next Chicago Food Swap at Peterson Garden Project’s Community Cooking School!
What is a food swap, you ask?
The Chicago Food Swap is an organization dedicated to bringing together cooks, bakers, canners, gardeners and foragers to trade homemade and homegrown foods. No money changes hands and it is only $5 to participate. Along the way, we hope to forge new friendships and trade inspiration. Check out www.chicagofoodswap.com for a recap on past swaps, and to get an idea of what to expect.
